Terence started his career as an analyst in Malaysia with UBS in 1996 and moved to Singapore in 2000 to join ING Barings/Macquarie Securities, first as a ASEAN specialist salesperson and then an Asia ex Japan generalist. In 2011, Terence moved to Morgan Stanley Securities Singapore to establish and grow the ASEAN franchise and platform.

Terence oversees a team of 16 people covering sales, trading and dealing and middle office, covering clients in Singapore and Hong Kong.
