Kok Hoong was appointed Head of Institutional Sales Trading & Execution since March 2017. He oversees cash equities trading for Maybank’s institutional clients in Singapore.
Kok Hoong has over 22 years of experience in Institutional Equities. His career has spanned Singapore and Jakarta, having worked for JP Morgan, UBS, Bank of America, and Kim Eng Securities, which is now Maybank Securities.
He graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
