He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the bank as well as oversight over the Investment Management pillar and the Technology function.

With more than 20 years' working experience in capital markets including stints with the Securities Commission Malaysia, Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad and Khazanah Nasional Berhad, he has an extensive track record in deal origination, structuring and execution, specialising in an array of debt capital market products. Previously, he was Head, Debt Capital Markets where he led a number of award-winning transactions for Maybank Investment Bank.

Tengku Ariff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University, New York.
