He joined Maybank Investment Banking Group (Maybank IBG) in August 2020 as Regional Head, Transformation, Maybank IBG and Deputy CEO, Thailand.

Arapat is an executional strategist with more than 20 years' experience in banking and management consulting in Asia and the United States of America. Prior to joining Maybank IBG, he led major digital transformation efforts at Siam Commercial Bank and Krungthai Bank. He also worked with financial services institutions such as BNY Mellon, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, AIG, TD Ameritrade, and American Express during his extensive career with Deloitte and PwC.

He holds a Bachelors' degree in Marketing and Finance from California State University-Fullerton and an MBA in Financial Investments from the University of Southern California.
