Under his leadership, MSVN recorded the highest profit before tax in FY2022. MSVN was voted 'Best Broker in Vietnam 2022' by Alpha Southeast Asia and winner of the Golden Dragon Award from 2011- 2023.

Quang started his career in 2006. He joined Kim Eng in 2007 and became Head, Retail Equities, Kim Eng Securities responsible for the retail brokerage business in 2009. Prior to his appointment as CEO, MSVN, Quang served as the Deputy CEO. He was primarily responsible for overseeing the brokerage business where he played a crucial role in MSVN's success in winning 'Best Broker in Vietnam'.

Quang holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Global Banking & Finance) from European University and various certificates/licenses from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam.

Quang was on the Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Association of Securities Business (VASB). He is now a Member of the Executive Board of VASB where he contributes to the development of the securities industry in Vietnam.
