What is the No Claim Discount (NCD)

If no claims are made within 12 months, you will be entitled to a discount when you renew your Motor Takaful.

How to renew a policy

Follow these 5 steps to renew a policy:

  • Fill in your NRIC and vehicle registration number
  • Fill in your personal and car details for quotation
  • Validate information via JPJ confirmation
  • Payment- online credit cards, M2U and FPX
  • Print tax invoice and e-Certificate

The car registration and policy from previous insurers are not required as our system is equipped with NVIC (National Vehicle Identification Code) and VIX (Vehicle Information Exchange) which auto populates your information in real time.
