Maybank reiterates commitment to customer experience as utmost priority

On 5th April 2024 at around 9.20pm, Maybank experienced a disruption affecting our debit cards, online banking and ATM service. The issue temporarily prevented customers from making online payments as well as at retail outlets.

 

Immediately upon becoming aware of the issue, our technical team worked diligently to resolve the issue and restored services as quickly as possible. The impacted services were gradually normalised and fully recovered at 11.34pm. All customer transactions were attended to and completed.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience our customers faced due to this unexpected downtime and would like to thank them for their patience and understanding. We would also like to update that currently all services and apps are operating as per normal.

Maybank terus komited dalam mengutamakan pengalaman pelanggan

Pada 5 April 2024 sekitar jam 9.20 malam, Maybank mengalami gangguan perkhidmatan yang menjejaskan urusan kad debit, perbankan dalam talian dan perkhidmatan ATM kami. Isu ini telah menghalang pelanggan daripada membuat pembayaran dalam talian serta di premis perniagaan untuk sementara waktu.

 

Sejurus selepas menyedari isu tersebut, pasukan teknikal kami telah berusaha untuk menyelesaikan dan memulihkan perkhidmatan secepat mungkin. Perkhidmatan yang terjejas telah beransur pulih dan beroperasi dengan sepenuhnya pada jam 11.34 malam. Semua transaksi pelanggan juga telah diurus dan diselesaikan.

 

Kami memohon maaf atas sebarang kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh pelanggan kami akibat isu yang tidak dijangka ini dan ingin mengucapkan terima kasih atas kesabaran dan pemahaman mereka. Kami juga ingin memaklumkan bahawa pada masa ini kesemua perkhidmatan dan aplikasi beroperasi seperti biasa.
