Asnaf Bakery Training: Genba Bakers

Overview

A 2-year training and entrepreneurship programme which focuses on the production of bakery products in collaboration with Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). The programme led to the opening of a café known as ‘Genba Bakery’ in Nilai Impian, Negeri Sembilan. This programme also complements our HALAL initiatives and the halal food industry as a whole.
