Takaful Coverage for Conventional Loans
Resolution:
The SAC, in its 54th meeting dated 27 October 2005, has resolved that a takaful company may offer a takaful coverage for a customer’s asset even though the asset is financed conventionally, provided that it is offered separately and not as a package.

Perlindungan Takaful Bagi Pinjaman Secara Konvensional
Keputusan:
MPS pada mesyuarat ke-54 bertarikh 27 Oktober 2005 telah memutuskan bahawa syarikat takaful boleh menawarkan perlindungan takaful ke atas aset pelanggan walaupun aset tersebut dibiayai secara konvensional dengan syarat ia dilakukan secara berasingan dan bukan bersifat pakej.
