Ltd. provides research services to clients of Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd.

Our stockbroking operations began in 1972 when Kim Eng Holdings was founded. In 1990, we made history by becoming the first stockbroker to be listed on the Singapore Exchange. We developed into a leader in the industry, receiving numerous awards including being named a Top-Three Local Brokerage by Asiamoney in 2011. We were also ranked amongst the Top 50 Singapore Brands by Brand Finance from 2008 to 2012. In addition, we were recognised as the Best Local Brokerage in Singapore since 1990 by Asiamoney in their "Brokers Poll of Polls" awards held in conjunction with Asiamoney's special 20th anniversary issue. This award is testimony to our long-term commitment to excellence and the development of Singapore's financial market. Kim Eng Holdings was renamed Maybank Kim Eng Holdings on 2 January 2012, following its merger with Maybank. In 2021, Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. was renamed Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd

Most recently, we were awarded "Best Retail Broker" by Alpha Southeast Asia at their 15th Annual Best FI Awards 2021. We were voted "Best Local Brokerage (Singapore)" in Asiamoney Brokers Poll 2020 and we also received the accolade "Best Economist (Singapore)" in the same poll.
