Maybank wishes to announce that Dato’ Amirul Feisal Wan Zahir has tendered his resignation as the Group Chief Financial Officer today. His last day of service with Maybank will be on 15 July 2021, and he will go on leave beginning from close of business today. Pursuant to Dato’ Amirul Feisal’s resignation, Puan Khalijah Ismail, currently the Group Financial Controller, will assume the position of Acting Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from tomorrow, 29 June 2021.
