Regional Business Human Capital Director
Azleena was appointed Business Human Capital Director, Maybank Investment Banking Group on 1 December 2022. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies to ensure the effective delivery of growth and business plans.
An experienced HR practitioner, she has been working closely with business leaders in developing talent, empowering people to reach their full potential and adapting to ongoing changes through upskilling and reskilling. Prior to Maybank, she had spent 15 years specialising in process re-engineering, strategy and project management in the manufacturing industry.
Azleena is a Bachelor of Science graduate from University of Colorado-Boulder, USA.
